A family on mission. A ministry built on prayer.
Well of Life Ministries was founded by Bryan Smith and his family with one clear purpose — to spread the transformative gospel of Jesus Christ. As we prepare to relocate to San Jose, Costa Rica as full-time missionaries, this ministry exists to channel the prayers, gifts, and partnerships of believers into faithful kingdom work overseas.

We are not professional missionaries. We are a family the Lord has called out of the comfortable and into the unknown. Bryan and Delia, along with Jaxson, Riley, Logan, Avery, Bailey, and Hadley, are taking each next step in obedience — trusting that the One who calls is faithful.

Once on the field, we will partner with the leaders of established Costa Rican churches and ministries — pouring into children and families across the San Jose Valley, and working with national leaders toward the long-term vision of a healthy church in every province.

Meet Bryan & Delia.
Bryan Smith
Husband & Father
Bryan is the founder of Well of Life Ministries and the visionary behind the mission. Called to full-time ministry after much prayer, fasting, and seeking counsel, he leads his family in obedience to God's call to Costa Rica.
Delia Smith
Wife & Mother
As God was leading Bryan He was also revealing His will to her as well. Delia walks every step of this mission alongside Bryan, pouring into their six children and preparing the family's heart and home for life overseas.

What guides every step.
Christ above all
Jesus is the message, the motive, and the means. Christ is the only means by which we may be saved. In everything we do we hope to bring God glory and make Him known.

Family on mission
Our home is the first place ministry happens. We will focus on individual growth for ourselves as we know the most important part of our life is seeking to know God more that we may continue to serve Him and share His love with others.
"And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children."

Faithful partnership
We serve with the local established church in partnership. We want to help encourage and serve alongside them while also reaching areas and people not yet served. We hope to bring our unique gifts and talents to bless and minister to the lost.

Generational fruit
We plant for those who will come after us. Reaching young adults and children is especially important as we seek to impact future generations for Christ. We seek to leave His legacy and not our own.
"We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done."
